Dream Date January 8, 2009 and Other Goings-on

I was going into a bedroom and closed the door to be alone in order to do something personal. As I was laying on the bed, I noticed a leak in the ceiling, and water was dripping onto the wooden dresser beneath - drip, drip, drip - and a small puddle was starting to form there. My sister - who in real life is two years younger but sometimes acts much older - came into the room, stood on top of the dresser and put some kind of putty on the hole in the ceiling to stop the leak.
--------

The ceiling might represent higher consciousness. But I don't know what the leak might mean.

--------

Since I can't figure this dream out, I guess I'll just keep trying to figure out why the top ice tray in my freezer had a stalagmite forming on one of the cubes. To the best of my knowledge, there is no water that forms on the ceiling of the freezer.

--------

There has been an orb that has now shown up in two different photos taken in my house, both in different rooms.

--------

It is very dangerous for my husband to make cookie dough and leave it unattended as he goes off to do something else before baking it.

--------

Has anything strange or unusual happened to any of you lately?

Strange things happen to us everyday. Thru our lack of knowledge, awareness, wisdom, and experience.
Life is strange.

What is higher conciousness?
What is conscious and what is unconscious?
What is low becomes high. What is high becomes low.
What is unconscious becomes conscious. What is conscious becomes unconscious.

Life becomes strange because of lack of basic knowledge, awareness, wisdom, and experience of people we believe in and trust, thinking they know more we do.

I bought something for 11 dollars, gave the man a 20 and he gave me 10 dollars back. I told him "You're off by a dollar." He gave me another dollar. But then I was enlightened when he told me he went to Texas A&M.

Your dreams aren't real, just as your thoughts aren't real. Who is having the dream? Who is intrepreting the dream? You're trying to find symbolic meaning in dreams seems to be just a mind game. Why look for insights in dreams? Why not just try to stay in the present moment and quiet your mind?

My ceiling dripped today too.

It was irritating

Struck me it is as irritating when my higher self (as in the ceiling), constantly drips down into my mind too

It is a good thing. Meaning that your higher self is dripfeeding your consciousness now.

I don't know, Siegfried. To me, it seems like the more knowledge and awareness I have, the more strange Life becomes. But I like it that way.

Maybe the unconscious is higher consciousness? I don't really know. I don't think anyone does except for God. But I do think there are some that know more than others, at least consciously.

Don,

You know I have to ask... did you give him back the money? And can you answer that question honestly?

Hi Klaus,

That must have been very comforting. Can you tell us how He appeared to you?

Anonymous #1,

Maybe my dreams aren't real, maybe my thoughts aren't real, and maybe I'm not real. But I don't want to live without experiencing, so I don't see a problem with dreaming and thinking as long as I know I'm not the dreams or the thoughts.

What do you think about this?

Not that what Aristotle said is the Word or anything, but he philosophized that everything has a purpose.

Hi Anonymous #2,

Why do you think it is irritating?

Sophia,

No, I didn't. I walked away 2 dollars to the good. Normally, I am quite honest. But there was just something about him not realizing who the dollar should go to that frustrated me and I just walked away. Next time I'm in New Orleans I'll have to go by and make it good.

One of the strangest things ever happened after my mom passed away in July. I had a message on my cell phone voicemail from my sister in law, so I dialed into it. As it was dialing in, my mother's name came up on the screen, as if it was an incoming call from my mom. I asked my sister in law if they had disconnected her phone yet, and she said it had been disconnected for about 2 weeks. I talk to my mother alot. I think it was her way of saying "HI".

Hi Don,

Thank you for being honest in your response.

I know you're a good person. We all make mistakes.

Sometimes I get frustrated with myself when I realize that I'm never going to be perfect. Just when it seems like I've made lots of progress, I mess up again. Maybe these little mistakes are there to remind us that we're just human after all, and that all we can do is try to do better the next time. Just as long as we don't take advantage of the fact that we're imperfect humans. I mean, we shouldn't use this as an excuse to do whatever we want.

Life is all about learning.

Hi NinRose,

It must have been a comforting experience to have seen your mother's message to you.

I cannot pretend to know what happens to a soul once the body dies, but I think it's possible our loved ones can bless us with their personal presence before they go to the Light. And since the Light is ever present, our loved ones, therefore, are also ever present.

Thank you for sharing your exerience with us.
