From Me to You, All of You, Everything and Everywhere

Dear Universe,

I want to thank you for this experience, this life, and for the meaning that I am beginning to see in even mundane things. I am sorry that for almost two years I wanted to throw it all away, and that I even contemplated taking away this life that you have given me.

Now, I don't want to die. I want to keep experiencing and experimenting and learning and meeting people and so much more! But, lately, my fear of death has been disappearing, because I know deep within my heart that even when my body dies, I will keep on living. So, when the time arrives that I am to part from this earth, I will be able to face it with curiosity, wonder and courage. I am ready to live but I am not afraid of dying!

Sincerely,

Sophia

Isn't revelation the most freeing experience we can have?

Gratitude is the key to everything in your heart.

I am trying to be more mindful of the blessings that I am surrounded by that I have taken for granted in the past. Life is so easy to take for granted, that we can sometimes even forget that we are alive.

Great attitude. Our perception creates our experiences, so the more goodness we choose to recognize around us the better we will feel.

Everything is miraculous if we look at it deeply enough. Even the molecules and individual atoms that create the illusion of solid mass when we look at a table in front of us is an incredible feat. It's all about seeing beauty in the small things.

Never apologize for the harder times...those were the most important. Unconditional forgiveness is simply the acceptance that experience just IS (it is neither positive nor negative...though we can perceive it either way). Remember, without those 2 years the level of appreciation you have now would not exist. Without the dark, there is no light.

Thank you for making it through

Life is great. You are right that we should appreciate the small details more. We should also remain true to ourselves.

Hi Brian, it's amazing how our thoughts can alter our reality. Our thoughts have the power of manifestation! If that's not magic, I don't know what is.

Thank you for stopping by, Ananthasree!

Forgetful God, thank you! You've helped me to see my cycle in a new light. It can be a lesson for me, those two years, that I had to go through in order to truly appreciate life and to be thankful for what I have and who I am.

Hi Floots, thanks for looking in on me, too! Good to see you here.

Leighton, those are very wise words! One should not underestimate the importance of staying true to themselves.

Thanks, Alex! I'm glad I was able to inspire you. It means more to me to know that I can pass on some positivity to someone else. I find satisfaction in knowing that my positive thoughts do not only affect just me.

Hi Chris! I haven't talked to you in a while. I sent you an email a few days ago but I didn't hear back from you. I thought you had gone incommunicado. (I know all about going incommunicado, as I tend to do it often. It happens when I go into a more reflective state.) You doing OK? I've been thinking about you.

beautiful thoughts, Sophia! Let them sprout in your mind, body, and spirit. And see how these thoughts change your completely.

About death: You will always live among us and within us. Once the Buddha said something like:

As in one atom, so in all atoms...

That's OK Chris! I understand busy. I'm often there myself. I realized recently that it's much better to stay busy because one tends to be focused on the present moment more.

Thank you, SD! I always love a good quote from the Buddha. He was way ahead of his time!
