Buffer Full

I'm experiencing too many messages today.

It is overwhelming me.

This is madness, I'm sure of it.

Divine madness, perhaps. Try to relax and let all those messages find their own place. They are still part of a natural harmony, as are we.

Leighton, thank you, that is very comforting. I've felt like just closing my mind to input today. If it keeps up I'll have to get a trepanation. LOL

I've enjoyed these memes about information overload from the "book" (It has "THIS IS NOT A BOOK" printed on the back cover) A Modern Shaman's Guide to a Pregnant Universe, by Christopher Hyatt and Antero Alli:

The less self-protective
the ego is,
the more data
the brain
is willing to give it.

FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*
The brain can act as a pressor agent sending signals faster than the projectionist can flash them on the screen. When this occurs new routes can be chosen, to lessen the ego's sensitivity.
FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*FLASH*

Temporary relief of data overdose can be as simple as a walk around the block or a bout of deep breathing. Don't use an antidote, instead send a signal back, that you appreciate the effort, but that you're not ready. Say No Thank You. Be polite when dealing with your brain. Tell it that you will send it a signal when you feel ready for more. Set up a time and place for a new meeting.*

[*Remember, your brain and you are not incompatible.]

Hello Josh, my brother in synchronicity, thank you for your feedback on this. I was beginning to feel like I was the only one in the world going through this, and to know that a book has information on this is comforting! (I hate to use that word again since I used it in a comment up above, but it's the best word for what I'm talking about.) If my ego is becoming less-protective, that must mean it's starting to disappear. I guess that's a good thing!
