Mona and I went to the wedding of one of her friends, we ate at the Aethena restaurant here in town, then went to a play, "Do Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?"
Also, the pic you posted really does show its fractal nature, valentines within valentines.
Sounds like you and Mona had a splendid time! How was the play?
I am glad that the fractal nature is more apparent this time, although one thing I like about flame fractals is that most of them are full of surprises.
We stayed home too. We thought about going out to eat but we decided to go last night instead. The returaunts would have been too busy Saturday and then my daughter said she was coming over. Hubby gave me a card and a rose. :)
The play was about growing up Catholic, put on by our community theater here in Victoria. It ran late and we left at intermission, but to tell the truth I wasn't too keen on reliving a lot of that stuff. They did act it well though -it was "Do Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?" As someone with a scientific bent I would say yes, but it does the viewer little good - too much distortion, and the virtual image is much too small. :-)

Yes. We stayed home. :)
My husband fixed me a filet mignon and green bean casserole. Then we watched a DVD together - "Get Smart".

I got a Valentine's Day card made out to "Mom" from six fuzzy critters, and a small heart with some Ferrero chocolates.
It was also my dad's and stepmother's 17th anniversary.
