Sophia, yes, try viewing the world as "your extended body". I mean, do not limit yourself with your body, your problems. These are all real, but only as much as you give your attention to them. To put it shortly: nothing really matters, it ain't real. What is real, is the feeling "I am". It is everything. Try to concentrate on this feeling, try to avoid (in your thoughts) all the things you perceive as "pressure from outside world". There is no outside world, there are just thought patterns that you can change.
