I am sorry I haven't responded to emails lately. Your time was not wasted on me. I'm especially sorry for not meeting the deadline, you know who you are.

Hi Raymond,
My mind wasn't very silent that evening, but when I need to I can find silence either by closing my eyes and practicing visualization or by listening to music, both of which are experiences I enjoy.
Another thing I enjoy, is reading the bits of wisdom you leave for us here. Thank you.
