There will be mass extinctions, where many species will die, and new species will follow. This has happened before, and it will happen again. At the end of the Cretaceous, 60 million years ago, 75% of all species died. At the end of the Permian, 250 million years ago, 95% of all species died. In fact, 99% of all species that have lived on earth are now extinct. Some time, this will happen to humanity too ... >:)

Cold As Heaven CA Heavenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07558100567878233142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7069115106901769901.post-16290270524512178052010-05-25T07:21:27.283-04:002010-05-25T07:21:27.283-04:00Paul Klee is a great source of inspiration.Paul Klee is a great source of inspiration.mic_comtehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05476872103195282628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7069115106901769901.post-83500967258382880872010-05-25T06:47:07.933-04:002010-05-25T06:47:07.933-04:00as long as there are people like you... questionin...as long as there are people like you... questioning and protesting... no... it is not!human beinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09232419187783429903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7069115106901769901.post-81708969861370938742010-05-24T00:02:32.978-04:002010-05-24T00:02:32.978-04:00Does a caterpillar die?

I don't think..."Is the world dying?"

I don't think so. I think it's blossoming, myself. But that's just my opinion.

donstockbauer **at** hotmail.comDonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7069115106901769901.post-3694204249605701012010-05-23T19:19:40.055-04:002010-05-23T19:19:40.055-04:00"'The whole earth', Bahá'u'll..."'The whole earth', Bahá'u'lláh, on the other hand, forecasting the bright future in store for a world now wrapt in darkness, emphatically asserts, 'is now in a state of pregnancy. The day is approaching when it will have yielded its noblest fruits, when from it will have sprung forth the loftiest trees, the most enchanting blossoms, the most heavenly blessings.' 'The time is approaching when every created thing will have cast its burden. Glorified be God Who hath vouchsafed this grace that encompasseth all things, whether seen or unseen!' 'These great oppressions', He, moreover, foreshadowing humanity's golden age, has written, 'are preparing it for the advent of the Most Great Justice.' This Most Great Justice is indeed the Justice upon which the structure of the Most Great Peace can alone, and must eventually, rest, while the Most Great Peace will, in turn, usher in that Most Great, that World Civilization which shall remain forever associated with Him Who beareth the Most Great Name."

(Shoghi Effendi, The Promised Day is Come, p. 5)Alexander M Zoltaihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05834377275741541185noreply@blogger.com
